Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the effect of Inaportnet system service quality on
operational performance at PT Garuda Unggul Nasional Merak Banten Branch. The
research is driven by the suboptimal achievement of vessel service targets due to
document processing delays and limited operational staff. A quantitative explanatory
method was employed with a sample of 40 operational employees. Data were analyzed
using simple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2
), and a t-test via SPSS
version 26.0. The regression analysis yielded the equation Y = 0.380 + 0.976X. The t-test
confirmed that tcount (17.965) > ttable (2.024) with a significance level of 0.000, proving
that Inaportnet system service quality has a positive and significant effect on operational
performance. The R2 value of 0.895 indicates that Inaportnet service quality contributes
89.5% to operational performance, while the remaining 10.5% is influenced by external
factors. In conclusion, enhancing Inaportnet service quality directly improves the
company's operational efficiency and performance.
