Abstract:
This study is motivated by the importance of digital system interoperability in supporting
the smooth flow of goods at Tanjung Priok Port, particularly through the integration of
the Inaportnet system and the Customs-Excise Information System and Automation
(CEISA) within the National Single Window framework. The problems examined in this
study relate to data synchronization issues, latency in clearance status transmission, and
potential data mismatch in essential documents such as HS Code, PIB, and PEB. This
study aims to determine the effect of Inaportnet and CEISA system interoperability on the
smooth flow of goods at Tanjung Priok Port. This research applied a quantitative
approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents from
related institutions and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results
showed that Inaportnet and CEISA had a positive and significant effect, both partially
and simultaneously, on the smooth flow of goods. The F-test result showed a significance
value of < 0.001, with a contribution effect of 53.5%. Therefore, the interoperability of
both systems is proven to accelerate document validation, reduce repeated data entry,
lower dwelling time, and improve the efficiency of goods service at Tanjung Priok Port.
