Abstract:
Anastasya, Raden Ayu. 2022. " The Influence of Ship Crew Document Management and
Crew Criteria on the Delay in Crew Submission at PT Amas Samudra Jaya”
This research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction regarding the services
provided by PT Amas Samudra Jaya in crew management for Indonesian seafarers. The
study applies quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents and
uses descriptive statistical analysis to interpret the data. The findings indicate that
customers are generally satisfied with the company's services, particularly in service
quality, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, although a few aspects still require
improvement. The results are expected to serve as a reference for the company in
enhancing service quality and maintaining customer satisfaction in the maritime industry.
