Abstract:

System that Impacts Crew Data Management Efficiency at PT. TOS Indonesia”
PT. TOS Indonesia utilizes SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics for crew data
management. However, these two systems are not integrated, resulting in duplicate
document uploads, data inconsistencies, and delays in information updates. This
condition affects staff efficiency in performing administrative tasks. This study aims to
analyze issues related to efficiency and system integration using a descriptive qualitative
approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and
documentation. The data were analyzed using the SWOT method to map internal and
external factors influencing the performance of the information system. The analysis
reveals that the absence of a standardized document upload procedure (SOP) and the lack
of integration between systems are the main obstacles. Improvement strategies focus on
establishing cross-departmental work procedures and utilizing simple automation
solutions. Optimizing the information system is expected to enhance efficiency and
accuracy in crew data management within the company
