This study was motivated by the importance of implementing digital systems to improve
the efficiency of ship operational services at ports. Although the Indonesia National
Single Window (INSW) system integrated with Inaportnet has been implemented, several
challenges are still encountered, including system disruptions, unintegrated data, and
limited user understanding of the system. Therefore, this research aims to determine and
analyze the influence of the INSW Inaportnet system on the improvement of ship
operational services at PT. Omega Persada Emas. This study employed a quantitative
research method with a descriptive approach and simple linear regression analysis. Data
were collected through questionnaires distributed to 61 employees of PT. Omega Persada
Emas. The data analysis techniques included validity testing, reliability testing,
correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, simple linear
regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test).
The results indicate that the INSW Inaportnet System variable obtained an average score
of 3.271, while the Ship Operational Service Improvement variable obtained an average
score of 3.166, both of which fall into the high category. The correlation analysis revealed
a correlation coefficient value of 0.776, indicating a strong and positive relationship
between the INSW Inaportnet System and the improvement of ship operational services.
The coefficient of determination (R Square) was 0.834, indicating that 83.4% of the
improvement in ship operational services is influenced by the INSW Inaportnet System,
while the remaining 16.6% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
The resulting regression equation is Y = 7.207 + 0.821X. Furthermore, the hypothesis
testing results showed that the calculated t-value of 17.196 was greater than the t-table
value of 0.252, with a significance value of less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded
that the INSW Inaportnet System has a positive and significant influence on the
improvement of ship operational services at PT. Omega Persada Emas. |
