The research method used was a quantitative method with a causal associative approach.
The population in this study was 110 PT Hoegh LNG employees, with a sample of 33
respondents determined using simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were
conducted through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, and
literature review. Data analysis used simple linear regression, correlation analysis,
coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test) using SPSS version 25. The
results showed that the effectiveness of the OCS HR application had a positive and
significant effect on the performance of the crew change system at PT Hoegh LNG. This
is demonstrated by the regression equation Y = 4.632 + 8.793X, a correlation coefficient
(R) of 0.907, indicating a very strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination (R2)
of 0.823, or 82.3%, indicating that the effectiveness of the OCS HR application
contributed 82.3% to the performance of the crew change system. The hypothesis test
results also showed a significance value less than 0.05, thus accepting the research
hypothesis. |
