This study aims to determine the effect of SharePoint application implementation
on crewing staff performance at PT TOS Indonesia. The study used a quantitative method
with a descriptive approach. The study population consisted of 32 employees, all of whom
were sampled using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through
questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Data were then analyzed using
correlation tests, simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and
hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the SharePoint application
implementation at PT TOS Indonesia was in the good category with an average score of
4.07, while crewing staff performance was also in the good category with an average
score of 3.65. The correlation test obtained an r value of 0.813, indicating a very strong
and positive relationship between SharePoint application implementation and crewing
staff performance. The results of the simple linear regression yielded the equation Y = -
1.406 + 0.920X. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.661 indicates that SharePoint
application implementation contributed 66.1% to crewing staff performance, while other
factors influenced the remaining 33.9%. The t-test results showed a calculated t value of
7.654 > t table 2.042 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus accepting the research
hypothesis. It can be concluded that SharePoint application implementation has a
positive and significant impact on crewing staff performance at PT TOS Indonesia. |
