Abstract:
The results of the study indicate that the use of the PTOS-M application has a positive
and significant effect on the operational performance of dry bulk loading and unloading,
with a coefficient of determination of 83%. This means that the use of the PTOS-M
application contributes 83% to the operational performance of dry bulk loading and
unloading, while the remaining 17% is influenced by other factors not examined in this
study. These findings indicate that although there are still technical constraints such as
network disruptions or system errors, as well as uneven user understanding of the digital
system, the PTOS-M application remains a key factor in accelerating the ship service
process, facilitating real-time monitoring of activities, and increasing the productivity of
dry bulk loading and unloading. This study recommends upgrading the network
infrastructure and IT systems in the field, conducting comprehensive training for users,
and increasing supervision to ensure the synchronization of operational data. Thus, the
utilization of the PTOS-M application can run more optimally in supporting efficient,
fast, and accurate port operational services.
