Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the effect of data risk mitigation within the Microsoft
Solutions Framework (MSF) system on ship departure time deviation at the port of PT.
TOS Indonesia. The primary issue addressed is the high departure time deviation,
reaching 60% due to data management constraints. The research method employed is
descriptive quantitative, utilizing a total sampling (census) technique with 40
employees of PT. TOS Indonesia as respondents. Primary data were collected via
questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS 29 software.
The hypothesis test results (t-test) showed a t-value of 10.470, which is higher than the
t-table (2.024) with a significance value of <0.001. This proves that data risk
mitigation in the MSF system has a positive and significant effect on minimizing ship
departure time deviation. A correlation coefficient of 0.862 indicates a very strong
relationship between the variables. The study concludes that strengthening data risk
mitigation can optimally reduce operational time deviations at the port.
