Abstract:
This study analyzes the implementation of the AMOS application in the preparation of
maintenance and repair accountability reports (LPJ) for pilot and tugboats at Tanjung
Priok Port. The research problems include the low level of AMOS utilization, the lack of
standardized maintenance recordkeeping, and weak inter-unit communication
integration. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through
questionnaires distributed to relevant respondents and is analyzed using descriptive
statistics. The results indicate that the implementation of the AMOS application and inter-
unit communication integration are not yet optimal in supporting the preparation of
accountability reports. This study recommends optimizing the use of the AMOS
application through procedure standardization, improved inter-unit coordination, and
continuous supervision..
