dc.description.abstract The supervision of crew work implementation is an important aspect in supporting the execution of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) on board ships. Based on observations conducted during sea practice aboard MT. Success Marlina XXXIII, it was found that work assignments were still delivered verbally and were not supported by a system capable of recording task assignments, monitoring work progress, documenting completed work, and tracking crew responsibilities in an integrated manner. In addition, work-related information associated with the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) was still stored in separate documents, making it difficult to monitor and retrieve work information efficiently. This study aimed to develop a web-based crew work management application named CrewKapal and to determine the feasibility of the developed system in supporting the supervision of Planned Maintenance System (PMS) implementation. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using Sommerville’s Prototype Model, which consists of establishing prototype objectives, defining prototype functionality, developing the prototype, and evaluating the prototype. Data were collected through observation, documentation, expert validation, and user testing. The results showed that the CrewKapal application was successfully developed with features for crew task assignment, work progress monitoring, work documentation, and personnel responsibility tracking. The expert validation results obtained an average score of 98%, while the user testing results also achieved an average score of 98%, both categorized as highly feasible. Therefore, the CrewKapal application was declared highly feasible as a web-based crew work management application to support the supervision of PMS implementation on MT. Success Marlina XXXIII. Future development may include report printing features, enhanced user access security, and work notification systems. en_US
