PENGARUH SARANA FLOATING LOADING FACILITY MUTIARA JAWA 01 TERHADAP KINERJA PT. MUTIARA JAWA

Mutiara Jawa” This study is titled “The Influence of the Floating Loading Facility Mutiara Jawa 01 on the Performance of PT. Mutiara Jawa”. This study aims to examine the influence of the Floating Loading Facility (FLF) Mutiara Jawa 01 on the operational performance of PT. Mutiara Jawa at the Muara Berau transhipment area, East Kalimantan. The main issues addressed include unachieved loading targets, congested operational schedules, and recurring equipment failures such as crane and conveyor breakdowns. A quantitative approach was applied, using a Likert-scale questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The sample consisted of 58 respondents who are service users of the FLF. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, and descriptive statistics assisted by SPSS version 26. The findings indicate that the FLF Mutiara Jawa 01 significantly and positively affects the company’s performance. It is recommended that regular maintenance of key equipment and optimized operational scheduling be implemented to enhance long-term performance.
