Ravyaldho, Muhammad Hafizh. 2025. “The Effect of Spare Parts Procurement Delays on the Decline in Maintenance Management System Effectiveness at PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia” This study aims to analyze the effect of delays in spare parts procurement at PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia. The background of this research is based on the frequent delays in the procurement of spare parts, which have led to a decline in the effectiveness of the company's maintenance management system. The study employs a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 employees of the Fleet Division at PT Humpuss Transportasi Kimia. The results indicate a significant influence between delays in spare parts procurement and the decline in the effectiveness of the maintenance management system. Delays in spare parts procurement have an impact of 80.5% on the reduced effectiveness of the system's implementation. Therefore, timely and efficient spare parts procurement management is a key factor in ensuring the reliability of the company's vessel operations.
