Bahari Laju AnugerahCabangKolonodale’’ This research analyzes the impact of coal unloading duration on the number of shipcallsserved by PT. Bahari Laju Anugerah Kolonodale Branch. Using a quantitative approach, the study found that the duration of unloading is significantly influenced bycraneoperational disruptions, with a t-count of 14.020 (greater than the t-table of 2.015), indicating a significant relationship. Furthermore, it was proven that a decrease inthenumber of ship calls significantly impacts cargo handling productivity, as shownbyaPearson coefficient of 0.906 (very strong) and a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R-Square) of 0.820 confirms that 82%of the variationin the number of ships served is influenced by the unloading duration. This underscoresthat unloading time efficiency is a crucial factor directly affecting the number of shipsthat can be served and the operational performance of the shipping agent.
