dc.description.abstract Napitupulu, Bernald Perdamaian. 2025. " Optimization Of Marine Toll Vessel Management By PT. Djakarta Lloyd Surabaya Branch” This research is titled "Optimization of Sea Toll Ship Management by PT. Djakarta Lloyd Surabaya Branch". The Sea Toll program, launched by the Indonesian government in 2015, aims to reduce price disparities and improve logistics connectivity. The main problems identified in this study are the suboptimal condition of ships upon handover from previous operators and the unavailability of necessary spare parts when damage occurs, especially in 3TP regions. This condition hinders the cargo transportation process to destination areas and affects the operational performance of the ships. The research results indicate that strategies are needed to maintain ships in good condition before operator transfer and to ensure the availability of spare parts when ships berth in major cities to avoid unavailability in 3TP areas. Recommended strategies include developing an integrated documentation system for ship damage history, implementing national standard operating procedures for handover inspections, integrating digital monitoring systems with spare parts management, and developing a technical needs prediction system based on damage history and shipping routes. en_US
