dc.description.abstract Nugraha, Aditya. 2025. "Analysis of Crew Certificate Management in Streamlining Crew Changes at PT Jasindo Duta Segara” This study analyzes the management of crew certificates at PT Jasindo Duta Segara, aiming to streamline the crew change process. The main problems identified are delays in crew changes due to expired certificates and the lack of an integrated certificate monitoring and archiving system. These conditions lead to operational inefficiencies, increased costs from delays, and potential breaches of maritime regulations. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the SWOT method, yielding coordinates X = -0.3 and Y = -0.1. These values position the company in the defensive quadrant, indicating that internal weaknesses and external threats are more dominant. This suggests that the company needs to focus on minimizing internal weaknesses while avoiding or overcoming external threats to ensure its survival and adaptation. Therefore, this research recommends developing an integrated certificate monitoring system, enhancing training for relevant personnel, and standardizing crew change procedures to improve efficiency and compliance. en_US
