PENGARUH EFEKTIVITAS SISTEM MICROSOFT SOLUTIONS FRAMEWORK (MSF) TERHADAP KINERJA CREW DEPARTMENT DI PT. TOS INDONESIA

TOS Indonesia” This study aims to analyze the influence of the effectiveness of the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) system on the performance of the Crew Department at PT. TOS Indonesia. The research background is based on operational challenges faced by the company, such as frequent system maintenance, outdated crew databases, and limited system access for employees. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires from 35 respondents who actively use the MSF system. The results indicate that the effectiveness of the MSF system significantly affects the performance of the Crew Department, where an effective system enhances productivity, data accuracy, and the quality of Crew Department services. Therefore, improving the effectiveness of the MSF system is key to optimizing the operational performance of the Crew Department at PT. TOS Indonesia.
