PENGARUH PERALATAN BONGKAR MUAT TERHADAP PELAYANAN JASA TRANSHIPMENT PT SUPER SUPPLY CHAIN (XMXYG)

Vico Aryo Nugroho, 464211153. “The Impact of Loading and Unloading Equipment on PT Super Supply Chain (XMXYG) Transhipment Services” This study examines the effect of the availability of loading and unloading equipment on transhipment service at PT Super Supply Chain (XMXYG). The transhipment process is one of the important activities in the transportation of nickel cargo in Indonesia, especially in the Southeast Sulawesi region. With a quantitative approach through a questionnaire, this study assesses the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables related to the dimensions of the function and role of loading and unloading equipment, types and categories of equipment, efficiency and productivity and servqual dimensions. The results of the analysis show that loading and unloading equipment affects transhipment service by 86.1%, with a very significant effect based on the correlation coefficient test. In conclusion, optimization of loading and unloading equipment is a key factor in improving the company's service. This study is expected to be a reference for other shipping companies to design a more efficient operational system.
