Fadila, Farah Nur. 2025. ‘’ Pengaruh Kesiapan Peralatan Bongkar Muat Curah Cair Terhadap Produktivitas Bongkar Muat Di Dermaga Nusantara Tanjung Priok ‘’ This study aims to determine and analyze the extent to which the readiness of liquid bulk unloading equipment affects the unloading productivity at Nusantara Pier, Tanjung Priok Port. The main issues identified are the limited availability of operational equipment and the lack of scheduled maintenance, both of which hinder efficiency and unloading speed. The research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The population includes all 35 unloading workers (TKBM) at the Nusantara Pier, who are also used as the total sample (saturated sampling). Data collection methods include documentation, literature review, and questionnaires. Data analysis involves validity testing, reliability, simple linear regression, correlation coefficients, and determination using SPSS 26. The results show that equipment readiness has a significant influence on unloading productivity, with a correlation coefficient of 0.889 categorized as a very strong relationship. Regression analysis indicates that an increase in equipment readiness positively contributes to productivity. The study concludes that equipment factors such as availability, routine maintenance, and capacity compliance significantly enhance unloading operational performance. It is recommended to improve the number of equipment units, establish regular maintenance schedules, and conduct continuous operator training to support port efficiency.
