<description>PENGARUH 90 DAYS PLANNER DAN KELENGKAPAN DATABASE DOKUMEN TERHADAP KINERJA DEPARTMEN CREWING DI PT CIPTA WIRA TIRTA
SIANIPAR, WILLIAM
The performance of the Crewing Department at PT Cipta Wira Tirta determines vessel&#13;
operational continuity and compliance with international maritime regulations. The company&#13;
faces obstacles such as unstandardized short-term work planning mechanisms and incomplete&#13;
crew document databases. This condition triggers administrative delays, rework, and&#13;
deviation cases between planned and actual crew changes. This study aims to analyze the&#13;
partial and simultaneous effects of 90 Days Planner implementation (X1) and crew document&#13;
database completeness (X2) on the performance of the Crewing Department (Y) at PT Cipta&#13;
Wira Tirta. The researcher used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design.&#13;
Primary data collection utilized a Likert scale questionnaire through a saturation sampling&#13;
(census) technique on 32 respondents from a total population of 32 employees. Data analysis&#13;
methods applied multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 26 software.&#13;
The $t$-test results prove that the implementation of the 90 Days Planner has a partial positive&#13;
and significant effect on department performance with a contribution of 77.6% tcount = 4.990&#13;
&gt; ttable = 2.04227). The completeness of the crew document database also has a partial positive&#13;
and significant effect with a contribution of 66.4% tcount= 2.653 &gt; ttable = 2.04227).&#13;
Simultaneously, both independent variables have a positive and significant effect with a&#13;
combined contribution of 81.9% to the variation in department performance Fcount = 65.769 &gt;&#13;
Ftable = 3.33). These findings confirm that the integration of timeline planning controls and&#13;
database quality accelerates the verification process and supports accurate seafarer&#13;
placement. This study concludes that systematic placement schedule management and&#13;
disciplined data updates optimize the long-term operational performance of the crewing&#13;
division. Company management needs to standardize the 90 Days Planner digital dashboard,&#13;
conduct weekly monitoring meetings, and implement an automatic early warning alert system&#13;
for certificate expiration dates. Future researchers are advised to expand the scope of the study&#13;
by increasing the research sample size.

<link>http://repository.stipjakarta.ac.id//handle/123456789/5755</link>
<description>pengaruh dwelling time dan kinerja peralatan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di terminal countainer batuampar batam
dian nugraha, chandra
Background: Batu Ampar Port in Batam occupies a highly strategic geographical&#13;
position near the Malacca Strait, establishing it as a primary gateway for Indonesia's&#13;
international trade. Along with its planned transformation into a digitized, modern port&#13;
through the implementation of the Batam Logistics Ecosystem (BLE) and the BP Batam&#13;
Seaport Information Management System (B-SIMS), the efficiency of cargo stay duration&#13;
(dwelling time) and the technical performance of mechanical equipment have become&#13;
crucial determinants in maintaining supply chain fluidity and port operational&#13;
competitiveness. Objective: This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and&#13;
simultaneous effects of dwelling time and equipment performance on service quality at&#13;
the Batu Ampar Terminal in Batam. Methodology: This research adopts a quantitative&#13;
approach using descriptive and verificative methods. Primary data were gathered through&#13;
questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents who possess competent working experience&#13;
within the port sector. The data analysis technique utilized multiple linear regression&#13;
along with statistical hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). Results: The analytical&#13;
findings demonstrate that partially, dwelling time exerts a positive and significant effect&#13;
on service quality thitung X1 5,066, α = 0,000. Similarly, equipment performance shows a&#13;
positive and significant effect on service quality thitung X2 5,495, α = 0,000, with a slightly&#13;
&#13;
larger regression coefficient indicating a more dominant influence. Simultaneously (F-&#13;
test), dwelling time and equipment performance together yield a significant effect on port&#13;
&#13;
service quality FSimultan = 30,252, α= 0,000. Conclusion: Efficient dwelling time&#13;
management alongside optimal reliability and productivity of cargo handling equipment&#13;
serve as the primary pillars for enhancing port service quality. Continuous efforts toward&#13;
optimizing digital system integration (BLE and B-SIMS) and ensuring preventative&#13;
maintenance of mechanical facilities are highly recommended to strengthen user loyalty&#13;
and global competitiveness.

<title>PENGARUH KESESUAIAN DOKUMEN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA AWAK KAPAL TERHADAP RECRUITMENT CREW DI PT AMAS SAMUDRA JAYA</title>
<link>http://repository.stipjakarta.ac.id//handle/123456789/5748</link>
<description>PENGARUH KESESUAIAN DOKUMEN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA AWAK KAPAL TERHADAP RECRUITMENT CREW DI PT AMAS SAMUDRA JAYA
INTAN JAGAT, MAHARANI INTAN JAGAT
PT Amas Samudra Jaya is a crew manning company that plays a role in meeting&#13;
the seafarer human resource needs of shipping companies. The success of the&#13;
crew recruitment process is influenced by the suitability of the crew’s documents&#13;
and work experience. This study aims to analyze the influence of these two&#13;
variables on crew recruitment at PT Amas Samudra Jaya using a quantitative&#13;
method with an associative approach. Data were collected through a&#13;
questionnaire distributed to 62 respondents, consisting of company staff and&#13;
crew members, and were subsequently analyzed using validity tests, reliability&#13;
tests, classical assumption tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression,&#13;
the coefficient of determination, t-tests, and F-tests with the assistance of IBM&#13;
SPSS software.&#13;
The results of the study indicate that the validity of crew members’ documents&#13;
and their work experience have a positive and significant effect on crew&#13;
recruitment, both partially and simultaneously. This is evidenced by t-statistics&#13;
of 4.787 and 2.394, respectively, with significance levels of 0.000 and 0.020, as&#13;
well as an F-statistic of 83.505 with a significance level of 0.000. The correlation&#13;
coefficient (R = 0.860) indicates a very strong relationship between the&#13;
independent and dependent variables, while the Adjusted R-Square value of&#13;
0.730 shows that 73.0% of the variation in crew recruitment can be explained&#13;
by the consistency of crew documents and the crew’s work experience, while the&#13;
remaining 27.0% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.&#13;
Therefore, companies are advised to strengthen oversight of the completeness&#13;
and validity of crew members’ documents and to ensure that prospective crew&#13;
&#13;
members’ work experience meets the requirements in order to secure high-&#13;
quality and competent human resources.

RAYHAN, ALIFCIO
This study aims to analyze the effect of pre-on board education provided by the crewing&#13;
division on the level of crew compliance in implementing occupational safety and security at&#13;
PT Bisco Manajemen Indonesia. Pre-on board education is an important stage in preparing&#13;
crew members before assignment in order to improve their understanding of operational&#13;
procedures, safety, and security on board. Although the company has implemented educational&#13;
activities prior to departure, several challenges are still encountered, such as less-than-optimal&#13;
delivery of educational materials, differences in the level of understanding among crew&#13;
members, and ongoing violations of safety and security regulations. This study employed a&#13;
quantitative research method with data collection techniques including observation,&#13;
questionnaires, documentation, and literature review involving 30 respondents at PT Bisco&#13;
Manajemen Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using validity testing, reliability testing,&#13;
correlation coefficient analysis, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and&#13;
hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis indicate that pre-on board education has an&#13;
influence on crew compliance in implementing occupational safety and security. Educational&#13;
activities carried out in a structured manner and adjusted to operational needs are able to&#13;
improve crew members’ understanding of safety procedures, work discipline, and compliance&#13;
with company regulations and maritime standards. This study is expected to provide both&#13;
theoretical and practical contributions in improving the effectiveness of crew development&#13;
programs and supporting the establishment of a more optimal safety culture within the maritime&#13;
